What I Need

Now that the holidays are over I can get back down to business. First off I have a lot of player haters on this blog that think this is all some joke but it's not. I seriously went out and bought properties because I was inspired by Casey Serin's story in USA Today.

Remember when I said I wanted to be just like Casey but better, well that's true and that's why I cant give too much personal info about myself or my situation, I do not want to go to jail so I cant be stupid like Casey. I already failed at the first attempt to be better then Casey, as I posted in this blog my sweet deals turned into sour deals and I am now facing foreclosure.

When I bought the properties I got $100k back when I closed the deal. Unfortunately I strayed away from the original plan and instead of just pocketing the money($100k) and turning around and selling each unit, I got greedy and started thinking about how much more money I could get for each unit if they were all fixed up.

I had a Friend who's dad was a contractor and he was telling me what things you can add to a house that really makes the value go up and makes the house sell fast. So I hired him to fix up the units so I could sell them for top dollar. I had him add all the important things like: Granite counter tops and Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen, Travertine and Jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom, Duel Pane windows threw out, all of it was top of the line stuff.

Before I knew it months had past and most of the $100k was gone and only three of the four units were finished, the last unit is a nightmare it's striped down to the studs and is not livable. In retrospect It was stupid to try and remodel the units when all they really needed was some new paint, carpet cleaning, and some new appliances.

So here I am with foreclosure looming, I have one unit that's not ready for sale and three ready units that no one wants to buy. What I need is to sell the three condo units for enough money that I can pay off the loan and get out of foreclosure, then I will be out of debt and I will still have one condo unit left for myself, I can live in it free and clear.

I have already moved into the unfinished condo unit anyway. My mom and I got into a fight because of what I did, she is not big on fraud and harboring criminals so see kicked me out of her basement. Hopefully I can sell the other three units and just stay here and slowly fix up my unit as I go, it will be kinda hard living here because although I have running water I don't have any shower or sinks, thank god they did not demo the toilet.

So to summarize:

1) I need to avoid foreclosure

2) I need to sell the condo units for enough money so I can live in one free and clear

3) I need to buy a sleeping bag

P.S. I will be taking a week off to relax for the Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday

Happy Holiday everyone!

I can't believe my eyes, you calling Casey stupid. Isn't that "The Pot Calling The Kettle Black" I mean you were the one that logged onto Casey's blog and why he was trying to share his story of how much trouble he was in, you were the one that thought you could be better then him and better at what, steeling and fruading. You sir are nothing more then a crook and it shows in your blog unlike Casey you don't even give a real name, poor Casey was a kid who just got mixed up in trying to get too much too fast but you are a real criminal. Well let me tell you one thing have you ever seen Americas most wanted on TV, someone is going to recognize that pretty little face of yours and then you will be behind bars like you deserve.

OK Anon, you need to work on your toungue-in-cheek humor a little. I mean, at some point you have to give away that you are trying to be funny and thought provoking. Your post lacks the spark and sounds too real.

What do you sit on? Perhaps you also need a big ball...

Do you have a wife too Crasey Nires? Is she hotter than Galina, Casey's wife? And you do need more posts.

I think this comment is from Casey

I'm not buying it. This is all fabricated to steal some of Casey's thunder.

I have been following the stories and comments surrounding real estate flippers, and frankly, I'm appalled. What exactly is real estate flippers trying to hide? It is worth noting at the outset that I am now in a position to define what I mean when I say that it is my intent to identify, challenge, defy, disrupt, and, finally, destroy the institutions that revile everything in the most obscene terms and drag it into the filth of the basest possible outlook. What I mean is that it and its followers, who are legion, are mephitic pip-squeaks. This is not set down in complaint against them, but merely as analysis. For the moment, real estate flippers makes no secret of the fact that perhaps one day we will live in a world where good people are not troubled by fear of infernal louts. Until that day arrives, however, we must spread the word that real estate flippers wants to prey on people's fear of political and economic instability. Faugh.

The ultimate aim of real estate flippers's squibs is to restructure society as a pyramid with real estate flippers at the top, real estate flippers's janissaries directly underneath, impractical snobs beneath them, and the rest of at the bottom. This new societal structure will enable real estate flippers to pit people against each other, which makes me realize that its slaves care more about speaking, acting, and even thinking like real estate flippers than they care about what makes sense. But the problems with real estate flippers's campaigns don't end there. Admittedly, real estate flippers's pleas are as devoid of meaning as the squawk of an angry bluejay. But that's because if real estate flippers is going to talk about higher standards, then it needs to live by those higher standards. So you see, my aim is to discuss the programmatic foundations of real estate flippers's bleeding-heart witticisms in detail.

This is by far one of the best uses of parody I have seen on the web.

Keep it up!

There is someone else that has also been posting on this blog as Tom, therefore from now on I will be known as “Tom from Morro Bay Area”.

Crasey, I have done a detailed analysis of the information you have presented about your situation in your first two posts. Using multiple regression analysis coupled with dimension vector plotting using a Heisenberg filter, I have determined the following:

Your wife is hot! I would pay good money to fuck her.

In my expert opinion this would be the most logical way to climb out of the financial hole you have created for yourself.

Please email me to take me up on my offer.

PS – Got any nude pics of your Sister-In-Law? A retired Nerd’s life can get pretty lonely, don’t you know.

PPS – Hold old is your Sister?

PPPS – What does your Mom look like?

It's a new paradigm, and everybody who doesn't buy, now, will be priced out forever. Anybody who does buy will be rewarded with a lifetime of riches, as their property will continue its 30% yearly price increase.

Renters, and anybody born in a future generation, will not be able to afford a $10,000,000 starter home in 15 years. They will live in tent cities, and Hondas.

This asset bubble is different than all of the others - it will never slow down, or pop. The gains are permanent.

The lack of shower amenities must be of particular duress to a shower enthusiast like yourself. I would like to point out that all of your cards have not yet been played. For example, you could sell your fascinating story to Prbizlink in Arizona. I understand that she is a joy to work with. Also, I know a fellow by the name of Drain Etagel that is interested in sponsoring your site. I sent the proposal to you in your email, so be sure to follow up on that next time you are mining for golden enuggets.

Buy more houses. Not condos. My advice - Sell the condos for quick cash and then turn around and buy single family home sweet RE deals for quick cash.
